NOW HIRING: Web Division Manager

2021 has been a year of change for many businesses, including us at FMG! We’re adding a Web Division Manager to our team, someone with a great work ethic and a desire to drive business to the only all-inclusive livestock marketing firm in the country.

It has come time to look for a replacement for Kensie Meredith, our current Web Division Manager, as she and her family are growing their own business. We wish her all the best in the future, but we will definitely miss her expertise (and cool nerdy talk!) on our team over the past few years.

The primary responsibility of the Web Division Manager is to develop, manage, update, troubleshoot and oversee 50+ existing websites (nearly all general livestock or cattle related). Use of GODADDY and Site Ground Domain, Hosting, Email servers required. WordPress experience is a must, including X Theme and WooCommerce shopping carts. Preference given to those with custom plugin scripting experience, HTML coding knowledge and basic animation skills.

Minimal graphic design is also required for the position, and applicant should be proficient in basic Adobe Creative Suite programs such as PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.

Other responsibilities include administrative tasks, mailing list management and newsletter creation for FMG. Web Division Manager will regularly coordinate with other FMG employees to update, design and quote out all web design projects.

WEBSITE EXAMPLES —

This is not a full-time position, but instead website manager will be paid a monthly stipend based on experience and any FMG website design projects will be paid on a per contract basis. Individual must have access to a reliable computer and high speed internet access. Additionally, this individual will work regularly with other FMG crew members to promote customers’ sales on social media, web and in other promotional advertising.

FMG is a young business with unlimited potential for growth. All FMG employees work remotely from their homes and are expected to complete tasks in a timely and responsible manner. The right candidate will be independent, a real-world problem solver and able to communicate with customers via phone and/or email daily.
