We are excited to welcome our two newest hires to the FMG crew! Both Gordy and Kendall will be working as part of our field staff, taking pictures and videos of livestock across the country.
Please join us in welcoming them to the team … watch for them to be in your area, or give them a call to schedule a picture/video day at your farm or ranch.

I attended Willard High School my freshman and sophomore years. Then transferred to Pioneer career and technology center where I received a certificate in meat processing. During my high school career I continued working at Feichtner Farms, while being involved in 4-H and FFA. After high school I attended The Ohio State ATI for four years majoring in Animal Science and Ag Business.
After my years at college I began stumbling up and down the show road. Going to this steer show and that cow show all over the country – loving every minute of it! As I started to get to know all of these people, I thought, I can do this for myself. So I did. For the past ten years I have bought, sold, and traded livestock with much success. A huge benchmark for me was selling two Grand Champion steers at Ohio State Fair back to back in 2008 and 2009.
Howdy! I?m Kendall Harsh, I grew up in the little town of Crescent, Oklahoma since I was five years old. Before living in Crescent, we lived in Fayette, Missouri for only a short amount of time.
I have been extremely active in the show cattle industry until I was too old to attend national shows. I grew up on a commercial cow-calf operation, working with the cattle, and the embryo transfer company supplying recip cows for clients who needed cattle to put their embryos in.
I worked for Elmore Cattle Servicesthroughout college and interned with Embryo Transfer companies. I have been exposed to all aspects of the cattle industry and I am truly excited to join Focus Marketing Group to picture and video livestock.
I have orange running through my veins. I attended Oklahoma State University where I graduated with an Animal Science Degree. I took every class imaginable at Oklahoma State to prepare me for the real world, but nothing like real life experience can do that. I traveled to Argentina, where I got to take in the beautiful countryside, understand how they raised cattle, and learned about their food too. I also worked with two different Embryo Transfer companies, and got to see how Express Ranches ran their ET operation.
For the last two years of my college career, I worked for Elmore Cattle Services every weekend and in the fall every extra minute I had. With ECS I did everything from making sure everybody got washed to helping put final touches on an animal before walking in the ring. I mainly helped with all the behind the scenes stuff, from pictures and feedings to breaking ice and fixing fence.
Working with all of these companies has made me realize what a great industry this is, and how great the people are. I am super excited to work for Focus Marketing Group and help great people further market their cattle.
