It’s our FAVORITE week of the year — the infamous South Dakota State Fair (aka the Dirt Fair!) In 2020, we’ll again be the official photographers of the Open Class Beef Barn.
We heard there’s going to be a FULL BARN this year and we’ll be here for every moment of it! Also, we’ve got a great team ready to work!

Also this year, we’ll have Calah Covey on our team helping with candid photos. South Dakota residents, you’ll recognize Calah from her junior show success in the Hereford ring.
Calah
My name is Calah Covey and I grew up on a farm/ranch in Hamill, South Dakota. I am currently in my last semester at South Dakota State University majoring in Ag Communications with a minor in Animal Science. I have been involved with livestock shows since birth, attending my first South Dakota State Fair when I was six weeks old. I just concluded my internship with the American Angus Association as their Events and Education Intern. I have had a passion for photography and have been working on improving my skills, through classes and practice. I am very excited to work with Focus Marketing Group and hope to capture amazing memories that will last a lifetime!
